1. Our Commitment To Privacy

Privacy of personal information is a valid concern for shareholders. Eyecare Partners Limited (Company) is committed to the privacy rights of shareholders and all other related parties, and to this end, fully disclose the Company's privacy policy below so that its shareholders and other related parties can understand what kind of information is captured and how that information is or may be used. From the outset, it should be noted that all personally identifiable information is managed with the utmost confidentiality.

The Company is bound by the National Privacy Principles (NPPs) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) (Privacy Act) in the way that it handles personal information. This policy explains how the Company handles personal information relating to individuals and entities, whether or not they are shareholders, clients, suppliers, contractors or customers. The Company will comply with the NPPs and the Privacy Act to protect your privacy.

(a) necessary for it to carry out its core business of investing in listed and unlisted companies in the financial services sector; or

(b) incidental to the carrying out of its core business.

By using our website you will be deemed to consent to us using your personal information collected by our website for the following purposes:

8. Employee Records Exemption

The NPPs and this policy do not apply to our acts and practices directly related to a current or former employment relationship between us and an employee, and any employee record held by us relating to the employee.
